On the My Diamant page on our website, in addition to the buttons for downloads and the forum, you will now find a button to our customer portal.
If you click on the customer portal button a login screen will appear, you will need a login account just like for downloading software or documentation. You can use your existing login account for this purpose.
After logging in, a list of options will appear, you can ask a question, suggest improvements, report an incident or ask the help desk for support.
It is still possible to send your questions to Helpdesk@diasoft.nl.
