Diamant 3.13.9 released

We close 2019 with an important Diamant release.
In this version we released the bi-directional link with the Fresenius 5008 machine via TMon.
The newest EDTA list is now incorporated.
For the VIPP project there is another important addition.

Also on our downloadpage the newest Z-index is available.
